Matured for: more than 24 months in the bottle.
Name of Vineyard: "LE CESETE", dating back to the eighteen hundreds.
Locality: San Briccio di Lavagno.
Soil: volcanic (black soil)
Altitude of Vineyard : 250 meters above sea level
Vineyard exposure: east, south, west.
Grapes blends: Corvina, Corvina grossa (Corvinone), Rondinella, Croatina and Oseleta.
Age of Vineyard: 50% of the first plant (1954), another 50% are vines that have replaced those that have died over time.
Annual Production: 1500/2000 bottles of 0.75 litres.
